Are you the EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year 2021?
The EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition will give you access to the world of EY Strategy and Transactions
service line (SaT), it will give you a different career perspective and connect you to our leadership and impressive women across
all ranks.
Strategy and Transactions enables clients to navigate complexity by reimagining their eco-systems, reshaping their portfolios
and reinventing themselves for a better future. With global connectivity and scale, we drive corporate strategy, capital allocation
and transaction advisory through execution to enable fast-track value creation. We support the flow of capital across borders and
help bring new products and innovation to market. In doing so, we enable our clients to build a better working world by fostering
long-term value.
How to submit your application and next steps?
To join the competition, take the first step by completing (by November 19th) the application with your updated resume and list
of your university exams; if you’re aligned with the requirements, you’ll receive an email in which you’ll be ask to complete our
online testing phase.
Step 1: the Italian virtual competiton
The Italian competition will be held between the 2nd and the 10th of December: there will be networking events (to meet SaT leadership
and professionals) and both group and individual challenges for the best applicants.
After this step, the best selected candidates will discuss a business case in front of the jury to choose the Italian Corporate Finance
Woman of the Year 2021.
Step 2: Global final event (Spring 2021)
Our country finalist will work on individual and group activities challenging all the national winners from all around the world to be the
EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year 2021 and to receive exclusive prizes.
