UniCredit SpA is the UniCredit Group’s holding company that centrally coordinates, both in Italy and abroad, the various activities of managing savings and providing credit. The Holding performs a command (directing), governance and control function for all the Group’s legal entities and the Group Treasury is in charge of the risks (Liquidity, Fx, Interest and Credit ) arising from the management of the bonds portfolio and both banking and trading books. More, the Group Treasury , being the liquidity lender of last resort , has a role of coordination of all legal entities Treasuries..
