Join the LVMH Graduate Program to grow your potential.

Challenge yourself with a unique exposure and immersion into LVMH diverse ecosystem, to develop your talent and your leadership potential to jump, at the end of the program, into a key position within LVMH and its Maisons.

During the program, you will rotate across three different missions of 10 months each within three different Maisons, either in France or in Italy. LVMH wants you to take ownership of your career, thus you will be able to choose your missions "à la carte" among a variety of positions within Retail & Sales, Operations & Supply Chain, Product & Brand Desirability and Strategy.

During the month of July, you will be sent abroad, in China and in the US, to learn more about these key markets and attend specially-designed workshops teaching you the fundamentals of leadership and management. You will also be assigned a strategic business case to work on, that you will have to present to Senior Group Executives.

Along the journey, you will have valuable support to count on: an inspiring mentor, a manager for each of your adventures, a committed HR community and a SPRING-dedicated team.

Applications are open until March 12^th to all Master students, graduating by June 2020, or with maximum 2 years of work experience after graduating, able to work in Europe without needing visa sponsorship. LVMH value people who have lived abroad for at least six months and who speak English at business fluency level. Any other language is a plus.
